GREELEY, Colo. — The Greeley Area Chamber of Commerce will host the Northern Colorado Energy Summit on Friday, October 30, from 8:00AM to 3:00PM in the Weld Room at Chevron Corporation, 2115 117th Ave. in Greeley.
The Northern Colorado Energy Summit is an event designed to provide an inside look at the energy industry and its role in Northern Colorado. The day will bring together industry leaders, decision makers, community partners and other inside voices for presentations, panel discussions, networking and opportunities to learn more about how energy decisions impact you.
The event will feature Chris Guith, Senior Vice President of the Global Energy Institute at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, as the keynote speaker. Attendees will also hear a presentation from the Common Sense Institute, a non-partisan research organization dedicated to protecting and promoting the economy.
The summit is open to anyone interested in learning more about energy in Northern Colorado. The event is an opportunity for chamber members, business professionals and others to hear directly from leaders and gain a broader understanding of the energy sector.
“The Northern Colorado Energy Summit is an opportunity to bring people together to learn, ask questions and connect with leaders who have a firsthand understanding of the energy industry that powers our state,” said Jaime Henning, CCE, President & CEO of the Greeley Area Chamber of Commerce. “We hope to welcome attendees from across our network who are interested in supporting the role energy plays in Greeley and Northern Colorado.”
