This event highlights the essential role nonprofits play in supporting our region while building meaningful connections that foster collaboration, strengthen the business community and create lasting impact across Weld County.

$25 booth fee*

The deadline to apply is November 7, 2025.
Space is limited, and reservations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
Each booth includes one 6ft table and two chairs. Electricity and Wi-Fi can be provided upon request, for an additional $25. Only one nonprofit is permitted per booth. Nonprofits may provide printed materials, handouts or giveaways but signage or décor on walls is not allowed.
