The Leadership Weld County Steering Committee plays a vital role in shaping the experience for future classes, from planning leadership days to guiding curriculum and mentoring participants. Time commitment and expectations: Minimum of 2 hours per month for planning meetings and prep AND attendance at at least 2 full leadership days per year.
