Welcome to Greeley – We’re glad you’re here!!! As a second generation native of this community, I can honestly say, there is no better place to call home than Greeley. We’re right in the center of all the exciting things that are happening in Colorado. Where else can you snow ski on Saturday and play golf on Sunday? We’re just an hour away from Rocky Mountain National Park and an hour from our capital city, Denver. But you’ll find plenty to see and do right here in Greeley. You may choose to spend the afternoon enjoying one of our many parks (Sports Illustrated Magazine selected Greeley as one of the best park/recreation programs in the nation), playing a round of golf, or skating at the all-new Ice Haus Ice Rink. In the evening, you may take in a show at the Union Colony Civic Center - a beautiful venue for both local talent and nationally acclaimed performances. How about attending one of our seasonal festivals and events? You may choose from the largest 4th of July rodeo in the nation, the Greeley Independence Stampede, which includes not only several nights of PRCA rodeos, but also a carnival, demolition derby, night show performances by some of the best CMA award winning artists and even the traditional July 4th parade. Perhaps you would prefer to browse through the sensational artwork and crafts at the 27th Annual Greeley Arts Picnic, held at the end of July each year. If it's food and culture you enjoy, don't miss our city's annual celebration of Cinco de Mayo. As a Chamber, we are most proud of our business community.
